- A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business, Psychology, or something cool like that). A CFA, MBA, or equivalent? Bonus points! 📈
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (because you’re a natural leader, of course).
- Expertise in designing and delivering successful L&D strategies for mid-to-large organizations.
- Experience managing talent programs, leadership pipelines, and succession planning—because you’re all about future-proofing teams.
- A creative mind when it comes to instructional design and using tech to make learning engaging.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (you can talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime).
- A sharp eye for measuring training success and adapting accordingly.
- Budget management skills for those big, impactful training programs.
- Bonus Points If You’re Fluent in Both English & Russian 🇬🇧🇷🇺 (We love language skills!)
