Ensure the effective search, selection, and placement of employees in accordance with the company's internal procedures and processes;
Develop and implement the overall recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent;
Conduct both in-person and phone interviews with candidates to assess qualifications and suitability for the role;
Define job requirements based on job specifications and duty instructions, prepare and post job vacancies both internally and externally across various channels;
Source candidates using databases, social media platforms, and other channels, and oversee the hiring process;
Administer skills assessments and coordinate panel interviews for candidates who pass the initial selection phase;
Review candidates' CVs and evaluate their compatibility with the companys internal culture and values;
Provide support throughout the recruitment process, facilitating communication between candidates and the hiring department until the final selection is made;
Prepare and extend formal job offers to selected candidates;
Oversee the onboarding process, including finalizing the candidates employment, organizing the workplace, greeting the new hire on their first day, and guiding them through orientation and training sessions to ensure smooth adaptation;
Stay informed about the companys organizational structure, staffing policies, and relevant employment laws;
Conduct exit interviews.

Education: Higher education in Human Resources or a related field;
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
Skills: Ability to use candidate tracking systems, software, and candidate databases;
Experience in: Sourcing and recruiting candidates using various tools and methods;
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, and the capacity to build professional relationships;
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Azerbaijani and Russian.
