• Analyze data in line with business requirements and develop, implement, and maintain predictive and prescriptive models;
• Monitor model performance, retrain and optimize models based on results and feedback;
• Research international best practices in data analytics and propose improvements accordingly;
• Develop advanced analytical models to drive business improvements and strategic decision-making;
• Design and implement databases and data collection systems to streamline information gathering;
• Manage data visualization processes using tools such as dashboards and interactive reports;
• Support decision-making processes by presenting insights in a clear and visual format;
• Cleanse, structure, and transform large datasets to prepare actionable insights;
• Perform statistical analysis and modeling;
• Write optimized SQL queries for various reporting needs;
• Ensure data quality through cleansing, transformation, and normalization practices;
• Analyze database structure and interrelations, and visualize complex data patterns effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technologies, Data Analytics, Statistics, etc.);
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis or business intelligence;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Access) and Draw.io;
• Solid knowledge of statistical methods and database management systems (DBMS);
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and dashboarding (e.g., Power BI);
• Advanced skills in writing optimized SQL queries;
• Experience with tools like Figma and Jira is an advantage;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with leadership capabilities;
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an asset);
• Strong presentation and reporting skills;
• Relevant international certifications in analytics or database technologies are considered a plus;
• Preferred Skills: SQL, Power BI, Python, Figma, Jira, Statistical Analysis, Data Modeling.
