Collect relevant data from departments and define requirements for the management and improvement of business processes arising from projects and initiatives;
Participate in the implementation of new and enhanced business processes within the organization’s software systems;
Analyze initiatives from the digitalization roadmap, develop mechanisms and build business cases;
Conduct analysis of the operations, systems, and services of other government agencies within the framework of roadmaps or assessment frameworks;
Identify and document change requirements for existing business processes;
Analyze current business processes and digital products to propose solutions for optimization and automation;
Ensure accurate representation of information in internal regulatory documents that govern business processes and prepare process maps (flowcharts);
Participate in projects in assigned roles such as business analyst, product owner, or project manager according to Agile methodology;
Use data analytics tools to measure process efficiency and identify areas for improvement;
Evaluate process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and develop improvement proposals;
Assess the relevance of solutions proposed by SOCAR Tech and manage the implementation of recommended optimizations;
Use advanced analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making;
Attend internal working group meetings;
Support performance management initiatives aimed at evaluating organizational effectiveness;
Conduct time and motion studies (chronometry) for relevant business processes across departments;
Present analytical reports related to ongoing processes to management;

Higher education (in a relevant field – MBA, Digitalization, Management, etc.);
Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a relevant field;
