Lead and manage the overall project planning and execution for Salesforce/CRM solutions.
Oversee the requirements gathering and analysis phases, working closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to document and clarify business needs and workflows.
Design and modify systems and business processes to ensure optimal integration and functionality within our Salesforce platform.
Establish best practices for integration, application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business strategists, to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, ensuring teams are trained and up-to-date on Salesforce best practices and technologies.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both management and non-technical audiences effectively.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
At least 5 years of experience in application and software development, including technical project management.
A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience, ideally within Salesforce or CRM solution environments.
Demonstrated success with multiple Salesforce integration and development projects.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, including proficiency in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, and Visualforce.
Strong understanding of relational databases and Salesforce architecture, including experience with API integrations and data tools.
Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and drive effective solutions.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
