Administration of Azerconnect IT systems (Windows, Unix, Sun Solaris, Linux);
To support an IT operations strategy;
To optimize the IT operation's products, services and processes;
To actively support colleagues and team members in BaU operations;
To proactive predict and eliminate of faults;
To provide L1 & L2 support for Azerconnect IT systems;
To be responsible for managing the provision of high quality managed support services to mission critical environments, in line with Service Level Agreements and customer expectations;
To be responsible for overall customer assessment, setup, monitoring, documentation, escalation procedures and customer satisfaction;
To ensure development of and team adherence to processes and policies: ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Desk Management, Change Management, Operations Monitoring & Performance Reporting;
To be responsible for ensuring consistent execution of processes and on-going improvement;
To manage of 3rd party vendor and provider relationships/ agreements/ services in accordance with standard operating procedures;
To successful operate of 2nd line managed support services and co-ordination of 3rd line support with senior engineer team;
To attend on periodic formal meetings with HOU Systems Administration to discuss operational efficiency and projects;
To escalate to HOU Systems Administration and/or HOU Enterprise Services Operations on incidents or faults;
To pro-actively support and enhance operational status of Azerconnect IT systems;
To actively participate and collaborate with development and engineering teams;
To be key areas of Systems Administration are and not limited to:
Administration of IT systems (Unix, Sun Solaris, Linux).
DNS (Private & Public)
Web applications support
Linux/Unix systems administrations and troubleshooting
Optimizations for Enterprise Services infrastructure based on best practices, guidelines
To fully comply with AZRC IT Policies;
To follow IT Security Policies and Guidelines;
To fully comply with the Change Management Guideline of Azerconnect;
To fully comply with all administrative requirements of Azerconnect;
To carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management;
To respect and follow internal regulations and procedure.

Bachelor degree
Red Hat Certified ( RHCSA , RHCE) recommended
At Least 1 years in IT system administration
English , Russian and Azeri ‑ Good knowledge , reading , writing and speaking
Experience with troubleshooting methodologies
Solid understanding of available and emerging IT technologies
