Senior Reporting Specialist, Core Business Services

Lead the consolidation of financial statements for group entities in accordance with IFRS standards.
Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare and present consolidated financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and trends.
Lead the audit process conducted by external auditors, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is provided.
Work closely with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any findings or recommendations.
Develop and enhance reporting processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on changes in IFRS regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Oversee and enforce compliance with Balance Sheet accounts policies, updating them as needed.
Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or a related field.
Good knowledge of IFRS standards and financial reporting requirements.
Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability in team management, including mentoring and developing junior team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Azerbaijani, Russian is preferrable
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
