We are currently looking for a Senior Consultant/Manager in Financial Risk Management (FRM) service line for KPMG Azerbaijan and would like to ask for your support in finding suitable candidates in the Turkish market.

• Technical expertise: Strong experience in financial risk modeling (credit, market, liquidity), with a focus on model validation and development. Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, SQL is preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge: Solid understanding of Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, and stress testing frameworks. Experience in model risk management and compliance with regulatory guidelines is essential.
• Education & experience: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Risk Management is required (Master’s is preferred). 3-5+ years of experience for Senior Consultant and 6-8 years for Manager. FRM (GARP) certification is preferred.
• Project scope: Candidates should have experience in model validation, risk model development, regulatory compliance (Basel, IFRS 9), stress testing, and risk advisory.
