  • Manage new bank account openings and establish new bank relationships as needed
  • Guide new partners through Binance’s NDA and Due Diligence process
  • Oversee the setup and administration of local online banking systems
  • Update account details and users in the bank account masterfile as and when changes occur
  • Manage the bank relationship with local bankers; common topics including Pricing negotiations, KYC requests and understanding the cause and solutions for failed payments
  • Update bank journals every Thursday by EOD across all BN KZ bank accounts
  • Complete bank account reconciliation by the second working day following month end - all accounts must be marked as “Complete” and all required data filled in the bank journal
  • Mark bills as paid in Netsuite within 24 hours of payments being made
  • Set payments in local bank portals making sure to add appropriate reference details and correct beneficiary bank details per the invoice
  • Set labor tax payments monthly over the phone with Vialto Partners
  • Set salary payments monthly on the last working day of the month
  • Ensure sufficient liquidity in BN KZ’s local bank accounts
  • Work with local Kazakhstan banks to establish an API connection with our Treasury Management system, Vanguard
  • Crypto Wallet Management & Operations
  • Act as the main trader on BN KZ Technologies Limited’s KYB wallet
  • Maintain BN KZ’s crypto bank journal ensuring that all details are updated monthly
  • Clients Fiat Asset Management
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance liquidity management processes and support strategic initiatives
  • Conduct daily reconciliations of system deposits and withdrawals in accordance with online banking details
  • Oversee the tracking and processing of system deposit and withdrawal transaction statuses
  • Collaborate with customer service on a daily basis to address customer funding issues.
  • Manage the adjustment and processing of incorrect currency deposits made by customers
  • Facilitate the integration of new channels and manage all related tasks prior to their successful launch

Xüsusi tələblər

  • 1-3 years related working experience, fluent in English and Russian to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
  • Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics and other related majors
  • Have a keen sense of risk and a good ability to identify risks
  • Strong logical analysis and communication skills
  • Energetic, able to operate under pressure, highly accountable and teamwork oriented
  • Must be based in Kazakhstan, ideally Astana or Almaty
