Drive full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures in collaboration.
Manage and ensure the accuracy of employee records and HRIS data.
Prepare, modify, and terminate electronic employment contracts via the EMAS system, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, and maintain up-to-date employee data and contract statuses.
Provide administrative support for payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance management processes.
Support the planning and tracking of employee training programs and continuous learning initiatives.
Assist in developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Contribute to internal communication efforts by creating announcements, and policy updates.
Collaborate with managers to ensure consistent messaging and drive employee engagement across departments.
Prepare HR reports and analyze key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 1+ year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role
Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, 1C, EMAS)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required
