● Support the definition and execution of product vision and roadmaps
● Translate user needs and business goals into well-structured product requirements and user stories
● Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product reviews
● Work closely with AI engineers, designers, and developers to ensure delivery of functional, valuable features
● Conduct competitor research, market exploration, and light user analysis
● Collaborate with UI/UX teams to refine product interfaces and experiences
● Monitor feedback and adoption to help shape ongoing product iterations
● Learn how to balance technical feasibility with business value

● Has at least 1 year of experience in a product-related role (e.g., intern, junior PO, business analyst)
● Is excited to build a career in product management, especially in AI and emerging technologies
● Has strong curiosity about how AI systems work (you don't need to be an expert — we’ll teach you!)
● Is familiar with Agile principles and tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Notion
● Demonstrates clear communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset
● Is comfortable working in Azerbaijani and English
● Is organized, responsible, and eager to contribute to meaningful projects
