- Design and document sophisticated operating procedures, services, and platforms
- Create and maintain system information and architecture diagrams.
- Deploy new platforms (software&hardware), maintain current ones and also supply it with clear and maintained documentation
- Deliver customer value in iterative fashion while working towards longer term systems to solve roadmap goals with increasing efficiency
- Ensure operational integrity of what was build, assuring operational compliance with architectural and security standards, as well as compliance and policy controls refined by Strategy
- Serve as a technical lead and own projects end-to-end
- Communicate status and changes to the work they are responsible and accountable for, keep all stakeholders informed of changes and updates to original plan
- Design and implement test automation on new products implemented through unit testing and integration testing
- Work with internal and external teams to bring new platforms to market
- Maintain and enhance software frameworks for development
- Serve as a technical mentor for other engineers on the team
- Participate in software reviews and contribute to the development of best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve platform-related issues
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years’ experience in IT industry with broad experience designing, planning, implementing, maintaining, and documenting solutions.
- Experience running systems in on-premise, hybrid, Azure and M365 cloud and innovative technologies.
- Delivery experience using Agile/Scrum and associated tools.
- Experience working with geographically remote business partners and teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to talk at different levels across the organization.
- Ability to engage and influence and able to decompose technical considerations that everyone can understand is key.
- Competent in the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes, and be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Competent in problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes and develop creative and effective solutions
- Continuous learning and improvement mindset (for themselves and others) and be able to work autonomously.
- Demonstrable Knowledge in the application of modern Service Delivery methods - Site Reliability Engineering to traditional ITIL, and understanding of Product Based delivery
- Strong Communications skills and a high ‘EQ’ with the ability to operate across complex business environments and stakeholders up to senior executive level
- Strong process capability to add value to the end-to-end market risk products and services , and the calculations involved in VaR.
- Should be familiar with operating systems, networking, servers, and virtualization. In addition, professionals in this role should have experience using PowerShell, M365, Azure CLI, the Azure portal, Azure Resource Manager templates (ARM templates), and Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), part of Microsoft Entra.
