• Maintain regular communication and coordination with relevant teams to understand the needs of process and production planning departments.
• Work in an integrated manner with laboratory, field operations, and maintenance teams to evaluate needs holistically.
• Collaborate with data analytics, software development, and IT teams to bring together the right resources for required solutions.
• Contribute to project management processes by actively participating in solution design, prototyping, testing, and validation stages.
• Support users during the deployment of developed digital solutions and contribute to training and adaptation efforts.
• Collect user feedback to ensure continuous improvement of systems.
• Develop innovative ideas aligned with the digital transformation vision and convert them into tangible projects

• Process knowledge: Basic understanding of refinery production processes, process control systems, and production planning principles.
• Data analytics: Knowledge of data analysis, business intelligence, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire).
• Industrial digital solutions: Understanding of integration with systems such as LIMS, DCS, and their working logic.
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning (preferred): Interest in or basic knowledge of predictive models, optimization algorithms, etc.
• Project management tools: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to use tools like Jira and Confluence.
