Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, constraints, and objectives.
Conduct a thorough analysis of project scope, resources, and timelines to identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare detailed project progress reports, variance analyses, and forecasting reports to inform stakeholders of project status, identify deviations from the plan, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Monitor and track project progress against established schedules, milestones, and budgets, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations or delays.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for project execution.
Preparing daily / weekly / monthly schedule updates.
Support Change Management to identify schedule impact of the changes.
Preparation recovery schedules
Preparation of delay analysis reports.

Degree in Process/Structural/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferably.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the same role.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Excel.
Contractor side experience is preferable.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated, eager to learn and to take on new challenges.
Ability to liaise and communicate with integrated multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Strong planning and organization skills.
