ERP specialist

Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of ERP modules;
Work with business users to analyze requirements and recommend solutions;
Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues reported by users;
Deliver user support via email, phone, and in-person interaction;
Conduct training sessions and prepare user documentation;
Perform testing of system updates and new functionalities;
Support creation of operational and management reports using SQL or built-in ERP tools;
In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building;
Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 9:00 to 18:00);
The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on);
Free parking for ones who uses personal cars.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of SQL is preferred;
Hands-on experience with any ERP system (1–3 years minimum);
English is required; Russian is a plus;
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking;
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions;
Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration;
Detail-oriented and well-organized;
Willingness to continuously learn new tools and technologies.
