• Lead and coordinate the preparation and control of the organization's budget;
• Develop and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures, and oversee their execution;
• Contribute to the development of strategic, annual, and monthly budget plans, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of assigned items;
• Review and evaluate budget proposals and funding requests from departments;
• Organize and coordinate the budget formulation and preparation process;
• Ensure alignment of departmental budgets with corporate objectives, and analyze monthly budget variances;
• Conduct financial analysis of the organization’s data (expenses and revenues) to ensure compliance with budgetary limits;
• Prepare periodic budget execution reports and perform variance analysis between planned and actual results, identifying root causes;
• Monitor budget implementation and oversee cost control efforts, conducting comprehensive financial analyses of expenditures;
• Oversee the accurate entry and maintenance of financial data in the ERP system;
• Collaborate with department heads to develop accurate budget submissions and monitor performance.
• Present budget and planning updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred);
• 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in budgeting and planning.
• Professional certifications (CFA and ACCA) are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, forecasting techniques, and performance metrics;
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage;
• Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP);
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration;
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
