- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred);
- 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in budgeting and planning.
- Professional certifications (CFA and ACCA) are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, forecasting techniques, and performance metrics;
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage;
- Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP);
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration;
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- High attention to detail and accuracy;
