  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 1 year of experience in content creation or social media management;
  • Strong Azerbaijani and Russian communication skills;
  • English proficiency is an advantage;
  • Experience with Instagram and LinkedIn;
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills;
  • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
