Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review and Retrospective) effectively
Proactively identify and remove blockers and impediments that hinder team progress
Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and properly managing the product backlog
Track, analyze, and report on team velocity, sprint burndown, and other Agile metrics
Foster a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement within the team
Establish effective communication with stakeholders and ensure the team operates in line with Agile principles

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies (experience with Kanban and SAFe is a plus)
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools
Strong communication, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
Fluent in Azerbaijani and professional proficiency in English (PSM/PMI-ACP certification is a plus)
