Participate in ensuring that internal regulatory documents comply with legislation and the Azerbaijan Aviation Rules.
Ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015/ISAGO/IATA/ICAO standards.
Prepare reports regarding customer complaints.
Ensure the effective functioning and continuous maintenance of the Quality Management System processes.
Monitor the circulation and control of internal regulatory documents.
Plan, conduct, and document internal audits; manage internal audit programs.
Inform the ground handling company's management about the results of internal audits.
Conduct preliminary evaluations of employee suggestions aimed at preventing non-conformities that may negatively affect work quality and submit them to the Head of the Department for review.
Comply with occupational health and safety, technical safety, and industrial sanitation regulations.
Be familiar with fire safety requirements and evacuation procedures in case of fire.
Perform other duties within the scope of responsibilities assigned by management.

Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
Excellent command of Azerbaijani; good working knowledge of Russian and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
