Manage procurement activities for food, packaging, equipment, services, and other indirect spend categories.
Coordinate with local and international suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Support supplier sourcing, onboarding, evaluation, and performance management.
Participate in supplier approval and quality assurance processes.
Support localization projects and adaptation of global products for the local market.
Coordinate activities related to new menu item launches.
Monitor inventory levels and identify stock risks.
Support logistics planning and supplier delivery coordination.
Prepare procurement analyses, reports, and presentations.
Contribute to process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related area. Outstanding recent graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
Advanced English language skills (IELTS 7.0 or above preferred).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to effectively use AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and decision-making.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
