Deliver installation engineering for subsea hardware across all project phases, including concept development, evaluation, design, procurement, and offshore execution.
Prepare and review engineering procedures and specifications in compliance with applicable standards and client requirements
Responsible for technical interface with the client as required and produce engineering documentation, technical reports, and presentations.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications from client, rules and legislations (DNV, ABS, LOLER etc). and/or governmental regulations.
Support offshore execution, including attendance on installation vessels as required.
Interface with clients, project teams, and third-party stakeholders.
Supervise and support project engineers as required.
Support Installation Engineering Manager in recruitment of project engineers.

Identify required equipment, support vendor selection, and prepare subcontractor work scopes.
Raise and manage Technical Queries (TQs) and Technical Proposals (TPs)
Support procurement activities and subcontractor follow-up.
Follow up and interface with hydrodynamic and structural department for deployment analysis as required
Assist tendering and study teams with method statements, scheduling input, and cost estimates.
Collaborate with document control, design analysts, and drafting teams.
Review product designs and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and System Integration Tests (SIT) as required.
