Supervise daily electrical construction activities on utility-scale Solar PV projects.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and method statements.
Monitor installation of DC and AC electrical systems, including PV modules, string cabling, combiner boxes, inverters, transformers, MV equipment, and substations.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company safety procedures.
Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
Coordinate testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities with QA/QC and Commissioning teams.
Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project status to the Site Manager.
Resolve technical issues in coordination with Engineering and Project Management teams.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within the planned schedule.

Technical Diploma in Electrical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of electrical supervision experience on utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of:
DC & AC electrical installations
MV/LV systems
Transformers and switchgear
Cable installation and termination
Electrical testing and commissioning
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
Good understanding of international HSE and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
