 We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support in a dynamic corporate environment.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Relevant professional experience as a Personal Assistant;
  • Excellent command of Azerbaijani and Russian (both written and spoken);
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills;
  • High level of responsibility, professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail;
  • Experience in document preparation, document management, and business correspondence;
  • Ability to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential information;
  • Legal knowledge will be considered an advantage;
  • Experience in the oil & gas, energy, or other large corporate sectors is preferred.
