  • Operations Management: Oversee all daily business operations within the country, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Strategy Development: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the country’s market, culture, and business landscape to develop tailored strategies that align with both local and global goals.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding market share.
  • Financial Management: Monitor the financial performance of the business, ensuring that the company meets financial targets and remains within budget.
  • Staff Management: Lead, recruit, and manage a team of professionals, including hiring, training, and ensuring high-performance standards.
  • Vendor Relations: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local businesses, government agencies, and other stakeholders to acquire necessary resources and services. Folow up the permits, governmental applications and solve the problems will be occured.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular business performance reports to senior management, analyzing data and recommending improvements.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring a positive brand image in the local market.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that the company complies with local regulations, industry standards, and environmental laws, while also identifying potential risks and mitigating them.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar management role, preferably in construction, solar, or related industries.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local market dynamics, including business and cultural norms.


Preferred Experience:


  • Experience in the construction, solar, or energy sectors.
  • Familiarity with the Azerbaijani business landscape and regulatory environment.
