At least 8 years of experience in a similar management role, preferably in construction, solar, or related industries.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Proven leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of the local market dynamics, including business and cultural norms.
