• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality environmental projects on time and within budget.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and maintain strong working relationships with clients, partners, and regulators.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and with clients to strengthen our reputation and expand our network.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and actively attract new environmental projects and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
• Be available for local and international business trips as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in project management, preferably within environmental projects.
• Strong English language proficiency (professional level).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations.
• Willingness and ability to travel for business locally and internationally.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification (desirable).
• Relevant environmental certifications are an advantage.
