Lead the onboarding of strategic, high-value clients to ensure strong early adoption and usage ramp.
Monitor portfolio health proactively, flag at-risk accounts early, and execute retention interventions.
Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast management in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with Customer Support on operational matters, stepping in only when commercial escalation is needed, and feed market intelligence back to inform regional strategy.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, Customer Success, or a similar commercial role with a proven track record of growing existing accounts.
You are comfortable owning commercial targets and operating with autonomy toward measurable outcomes.
You are a structured thinker who builds and executes account plans rather than reacting to incoming requests.
You are a strong relationship builder who earns trust quickly with business stakeholders at multiple levels.
You have experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for pipeline and account management.
You are fluent in Azerbaijani and English; proactive, growth-hungry, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
