Support the organization and execution of business projects — strategy, feasibility studies, restructuring, investment plans — tailored to each client's needs
Participate in client meetings and assist in assessing the current state of the business
Collect, structure and analyze information about the client's business to crisply define problems and shape solutions
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to back every recommendation with evidence
Help prepare and present findings to senior client stakeholders
Collaborate with project teams to deliver on time and at quality

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field (Master's / MBA is a plus)
1–3 years of relevant experience — consulting, business advisory or financial services preferred
Working understanding of strategy, finance, marketing and operations across industries
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
Clear, confident communication — both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills
Fluency in English is required. Additional languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, Turkish) are a real asset
