- Analysing budgets, business plans, strategy documents, and feasibility studies, evaluating financial and operational performance indicators
- Defining, monitoring, and evaluating KPIs, presenting findings to management
- Preparing analytical reports, briefs, and presentations for the Supervisory Board and other governing bodies
- Participating in responding to inquiries and correspondence from government authorities, preparing relevant reference materials
- Developing proposals aimed at improving operational efficiency and strategic development of portfolio companies
- Contributing to financial modelling and budgeting processes, providing methodological support
- Coordinating meetings and projects within the framework of cooperation with local and international organisations, government bodies, and partners
- Conducting research on global markets, macroeconomic environment, sector trends, and competitive landscape, preparing analytical reports
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in conducting financial and operational performance analysis
- Proven experience in building and working with financial models in MS Excel
- Advanced MS PowerPoint skills in creating high-quality presentations
- CFA or ACCA qualification (completed or in progress) is an advantage
- Ability to work with large datasets
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
- Strong analytical thinking skills
