•  Placing the products coming to the warehouse in the stock areas and performing the product sorting/collecting works in the warehouse
•  Preparation and packaging of the requested products by evaluating the requests from the user
•  Keeping stock levels up-to-date on the MRO system by ensuring the count and control of the products arriving at the warehouse
•  Checking whether the products to be stored are intact (packaging damage, product damage, etc.)
•  Notification of damaged products in the warehouse to the relevant unit
•  Sorting the defective products from the user and distributing them to the relevant workshops
•  Carrying the products to the shipping area ready for loading and loading them to the vehicles
•  Tracking the shipping processes and delivering the products to the user on time
•  Collecting the materials of the planned maintenance packages and making them a set and packing and sending them in accordance with the standards.
•  Coordinating, accompanying and carrying out loading activities of shipments
•  Ensuring follow-up and coordination in customs processes
•  Execution of all warehouse activities in accordance with processes and procedures and quality management systems practices
•  Execution of projects on the improvement of warehouse space use
•  Keeping the files related to logistics activities up-to-date and preparing the reports on time and in accordance with the standards

•  High school / Associate degree graduate
•  Experienced in logistics operations (warehouse management, shipment, product collection, goods acceptance, distribution, etc.)
•  Able to use MS Excel and other MS Office programs
•  Knowledge of MRO programs
•  Preferably with knowledge of aviation electronics and mechanical systems
•  Preferably with knowledge of English language
•  Strong planning, decision making and coordination skills
•  Prone to teamwork, strong communication, disciplined, careful and successful in human relations
•  Responsible, analytical, able to work quickly and result-oriented in a dynamic environment
•  Will be able to show determination, effort and sacrifice for the success of the projects carried out
•  No obstacle to travel and field assignments
•  Able to adapt to flexible working hours in a busy work schedule
