Fulfillment of the store's sales plan (by revenue, by product groups)
Planning the implementation of the sales plan by month according to the PCT
Increasing the depth and width of the check (offering related products/services)
Adaptation of personnel (mentoring, filling in: adaptation sheet, checklist)
PCT oversight of regular continuing education in SEED and approved training (full-time education and LMS)
Identification of the need for staff training and application for the organization of a training event
Participation in the development of staff motivation (development of the KPI system, non-material incentive system)
Personnel development

Experience in retail as a store shift manager (admin of store)- 1-2 years or senior sales consultant- 3 years
Experience in sales - in stores selling technics - required.
Good communication skills, competent speech;
Knowledge of Apple products will be your big plus;
Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian
Knowledge of English is welcome.
