  • Fulfillment of the store's sales plan (by revenue, by product groups)
  • Planning the implementation of the sales plan by month according to the PCT
  • Increasing the depth and width of the check (offering related products/services)
  • Adaptation of personnel (mentoring, filling in: adaptation sheet, checklist)
  • PCT oversight of regular continuing education in SEED and approved training (full-time education and LMS)
  • Identification of the need for staff training and application for the organization of a training event
  • Participation in the development of staff motivation (development of the KPI system, non-material incentive system)
  • Personnel development

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Experience in retail as a store shift manager (admin of store)- 1-2 years or senior sales consultant- 3 years
  • Experience in sales - in stores selling technics - required.
  • Good communication skills, competent speech;
  • Knowledge of Apple products will be your big plus;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian
  • Knowledge of English is welcome.
