Lead the digital marketing team in optimizing campaigns and funnels to improve conversion metrics continuously.
Oversee and manage all aspects of digital marketing and SEO activities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams (marketing, digital product, etc.) to drive customer growth through innovative functional enhancements and strategies.
Develop and nurture business partnerships with digital marketing agencies to ensure efficient and effective paid media campaigns.
Analyze market trends and test new targeting segments to optimize acquisition and loyalty campaigns.
Drive growth initiatives that contribute to significant business outcomes.
Identify and develop top talent within the Digital Marketing Team.
Improve reporting capabilities to provide insightful analysis and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, as well as customer journeys.
Leverage social media platforms effectively for business growth and develop predictive strategies based on modern social media trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
More than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming sector or in a multinational environment, with a focus on SEO, campaign optimization, digital reporting.
Experience working cross-functionally to implement innovative marketing strategies and improve product infrastructure.
Experience in a range of tools (ex: Power BI, Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, etc.)
Knowledge of current local and market regulations is a plus
Experience in managing significant budgets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, orientation towards innovation and digitalization, creativity is a plus.
Good planning and organization skills, excellent problem-solving skills
