- Previous experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality industry is a plus.
- University degree (Bachelor's minimum)
- Excellent Azerbaijani, English and Russian communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality, and a creative mindset
- Experience in formulating integrated Public Relations, Social Media, and Marketing Communications strategies and tactical plans
- Proven relationships with media, community and business contacts that have delivered demonstrable results, and the personality to maximize these contacts.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media networks and related monitoring tools (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter that can multi-task and prioritize.
- The ability to create newsworthy events, develop story ideas and follow through with pitch leads
- Pro-active towards fast changing and competitive hospitality environment
- Strong budget management, business acumen, and negotiating.
