● Act as the point of contact for assigned corporate accounts in Azerbaijan;
● Maintain relations and deliver consistent interaction with accounts to address and resolve requests, ensure measurable engagement levels and retain efficiently;
● Deliver planned gross revenue target by timely and accurate collection of annual fees;
● Increase revenue by updating gross revenue information and applicable annual fees;
● Promote sponsorship and funding opportunities;
● Deliver planned account loyalty and retention results;
● Update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data;
● Develop and present account analytics and forecasts;
● Facilitate training, manage events and support media communication.

Xüsusi tələblər

● Private sector experience in corporate customer interfacing functions, Key Account Management (KAM) customer experience or customer support, preferably in insurance, banking or telecom;
● Proven record of customer retention, cross/up-sell and/or engagement;
● Strong business and interpersonal communication stills;
● Ambitious and motivated to learn and develop professionally;
● Verifiable achievements in corporate customer acquisition;
● User-level experience in CRM;
● General understanding of accounting principles is an asset;
● General understanding of sustainable development is an asset;
● Ambitious and motivated to learn and develop professionally.

● Education: University degree in business, management, economics, political science, social science, or related field;

● Language: Native level of written and spoken Azerbaijani language and proficiency in English language are required;

● Digital skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Salesforce is desirable.
