• Implementation of presentations of products and solutions of the Company for customers;
• Implementation of presentations and trainings on products and solutions of vendors for sales managers with the involvement of team members and colleagues. Evaluation of the assimilation of the material by colleagues in conjunction with HR assessments;
• Drawing up a specification, in accordance with the identified needs for the Company's services/solutions;
• Preparation of solution design document as well as other technical documentation;
• Сonducting technical and presentation webinars for customers;
• Assistance to Account Sales Managers in working with clients in current work issues;
