Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics
Identify opportunities to optimize analytical methodologies and workflows
Support and mentor junior analysts to foster skill development and team growth
Conduct ad hoc analyses to address urgent business needs
Deliver accurate and timely analytical responses to complex queries

3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline (Statistics, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Strong understanding of data integration, cleansing, and validation processes
Ability to extract, interpret, and clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences
Familiarity with predictive modeling, statistical techniques, and hypothesis testing
Industry background in data-driven sectors such as finance, digital, retail, or investment is a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with shifting priorities
